Ted W. Stroud (TREASURER)
Ted W. Stroud is a highly regarded local Lansing Lawyer, his determination and work ethic has made him a proven leader and supportive member of the local community. · Mike Brand is currently the Executive Director of the Wharton Center for Performing arts and has a great amount of experience with directing and running organizations such as an art museum, theatre and auditorium. His past work history makes him a great board member with a great amount of experience and knowledge in this field.
· Executive Director of Wharton Center for Performing Arts (11 years)
· Experience with large nonprofit venues. (Cobb Great Hall, Pasant Theatre, MSU Concert Auditorium and Fairchild Theatre)
· His main focus is expanding Michigan’s Arts and theatre through the entire state of Michigan.
· Very Diverse background he has worked with Ballet, Theatre, Orchestra’s and symphonies

Eli Broad has a vast amount of experience and knowledge involved in developing and donating financial needs to museums, educational programs and academic buildings. Mayor Viril Bernero (VICE PRESIDENT)
Mayor Viril Bernero is a native of Michigan and has a great influence over the Lansing community. He is very supportive of his community and getting people involved. Before serving as Mayor he worked as the Ingham County Commissioner, he is well known as a community activist for improving the Lansing community and Michigan in general.
